NOTE: We will email you the Rockhopper Africa Safaris corporate account details after the agreement. A personal account should not receive money.

Reservation: 40% of the total cost must be paid in advance via wire transfer or online to our company account. The remaining balance may be settled with cash or credit card the day of your safari or when we pick you up from the airport. (The client is responsible for all transaction fees.)

NOTE: First Deposit will be required through Wire Transfer or online payment to our company account

Reservation: The reservation fee is 40% (in US dollars). However, you have the option to pay using debit or credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard), which have transaction fees of no more than 6%, to fund your ideal safari. Direct bank payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept cash payments or payments sent to specific individuals or personal accounts.

Cancellation: All payments received will be reimbursed, minus any cancellation penalties assessed by lodging facilities, meals, and administrative charges.

Safari’s cancellation policy.
Any paid safari deposit will be refunded less the following administrative expenses and hotel cancellation fees.

Note:

Park entrance fees, permits for golden monkeys, gorillas, and chimpanzees are all non-refundable.
For any activity that a client cancels or chooses not to complete, there will be no refunds.

Rockhopper Africa Safaris disclaims all liability and responsibility for any alterations, delays, or cancellation resulting from acts of God, terrorism, industrial disputes, fire, bad weather, illness, acts of public authorities, government, or other circumstances amounting to force majeure or Acts of God.

NOTE:

In an event of cancellation. Refunds will be in the form of a credit note to be utilized within a period of 12 months 

Safari cost
All costs related to the vehicle and safari guide as per the itinerary, meals while on safari, and park and wildlife reserve entrance fees are included.

The above safari rates are all estimations and are not meant to be used for reservations. Kindly contact our specialists for precise estimates on safari.

All safari quotations provided to you, both prior to and following payment, are subject to change.

Transport in safari
Depending on the itinerary and number of guests on the safari trip or excursion, tour vehicles, safari minivans, 4×4 jeeps, Land Cruisers, or coaches will be available. The business maintains the right to use subcontractors’ services.

There are drivers and guides who speak French, Italian, German, Spanish, and English available.

Safari Accommodation
Depending on how many people are staying in a single, double, triple, or tent, it may be possible to give private rooms with hot showers and toilets inside. Although they are not always available, single rooms are available for an extra fee. Reservations for rooms can be made at comparable standard hotels, lodges, or tented camps. The names of the hotels and lodges indicate their category.

Alteration of tours
If circumstances demand, the company maintains the right to change plans or postpone the start of a scheduled tour.
Additionally, it has the right to refuse to accept or keep any individual as a participant on any tour at any point, in which case a prorated cost will be reimbursed.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are based on tariffs and other costs that were in effect at the time of publishing.

Liability

• The company and its representatives solely function as the tours’, transportation providers’ representatives; they are not responsible for any kind of harm, loss, damage, or delay.
• The country in which the tour is conducted, and no other nation, will control the company’s liability to passengers transported in its own vehicle. 
• The courts of the nation where the acts occur have jurisdiction over all claims.
• The business retains the right to use subcontractors to provide all or some of the services.
• If any luggage is lost or damaged, the company will not be held liable.

Booking Security 
Rockhopper Africa Safaris is pleased to be a part of the Kenyan Tour Operators Society Of Kenya(TOSK). Every booking is completely safe and secure.

Precision of the contents
