Bwindi Impenetrable National Park covers about 331 square kilometers in southwestern Uganda and shelters the highest population of these Giant Apes. Also, this Park has the highest ever-recorded concentration of mammals at 120 species, 350 bird species that include Albertine Rift endemics and over 200 butterfly species.
